DEBUT: Nottingham Forest away, 07 november 1998- 1-0 win.
"I was nervous before this game but the lads were great in settling me down. At this time it was only premiership teams who had their names printed on the back of the shirts so it was great to see "26 Ainsworth" hanging in the dressing room."

PRE-MATCH BUILD UP: I have a couple of superstitions I always try and do before games. About 5 minutes before we go out I go somewhere quiet in the changing room ( hard to find somewhere sometimes ) and do Yoga just try and channel all my thoughts towards the game (weird eh!). Also I always run out 3rd and try to carry a ball out with me.
